Game will be played with Simulation ruleset and with hex tiles. If you are going to play, be sure to check the Sim manual because it is pretty different from other kinds of Civ. The admin / ruleset maintainer has a busy period in RL which should end in October so the game will start after that.
The game will be played with the new Freeciv21 client, especially adjusted for multiplayer longturn games, which can be downloaded here.
