due to delayed LT56Sim and LT57, LT58 will be launched December 14th. This is our first combined team and teamless game. This game will be mostly teamless but some players can team up with less experienced players. The team sizes will be 1-4 players depending on the number of players signing up for LT58. If it's not too much trouble on the admin side, even one player teams can ask for a team name. Allied victory is an option and for the teams even the RIP players count for the max number of official winners. The ruleset is longturn traditional or LTT in short. The players will start on one huge continent and 70% of the map will be covered with oceans. There will be plenty of small islands for the players to find. There will be a pause (extended turn) during the Christmas time so no need to worry that you will miss turns.
NOTICE: Please choose a nation. Because of upgrading to Freeciv 2.6 the random nations no longer work and the admin needs to pick the random ones by hand. It's not that much work if there are just few random ones but you may end up with a nation picked from a short list and it helps if you do the picking. I fyou want to have a random one, feel free to leave it as random. Only few random ones is not a problem.
